Shipping

Where do orders ship from?
EU orders ship from our EU warehouse; US orders from our US warehouse. That means no import duties or customs surprises for EU and US customers.

How fast is delivery?
Typically 3–8 business days after 1–2 days of processing. The exact estimate for your region is shown on each product page and at checkout.

I'm travelling — can you deliver to a hotel, hostel or coworking space?
Yes — this is our speciality. Add the accommodation name, your check-in dates and a phone number in the delivery notes at checkout, and see our Shipping & Delivery page for the full guide to receiving packages on the road.

Do you ship worldwide?

Returns & Warranty

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, no interrogation. Items should be unused and in original packaging. Full details in our Refund Policy.

What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects — zippers, seams, electronics failures under normal use. Compression gear carries a 2-year zipper guarantee; the Voyager GaN adapter carries a 24-month warranty. Claims are handled by us directly with photo evidence — no need to ship things back across an ocean.

Products

Does the travel adapter convert voltage?
No — universal adapters adapt plug shapes and fast-charge via USB. They do not convert voltage for high-power appliances like hair dryers. Your laptop and phone chargers handle 100–240V natively, so they're fine everywhere.

Will the portable monitor work with my laptop?
Any laptop with a USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode (all MacBooks since 2016, most modern Windows laptops) runs on a single cable. Older laptops connect via the included HDMI.
