30-day returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any item — unused, in original packaging. EU customers additionally hold the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Start a return via the Contact page and we'll send instructions with a local return address (EU returns stay in the EU, US returns stay in the US — you never ship across an ocean).

Warranty

Compression & packing gear: 2-year zipper and seam guarantee.
Voyager 65W GaN adapter: 24-month warranty.
Electronics & accessories: 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

How claims work — the nomad-friendly way: email us photos or a short video of the issue. If it's a defect, we ship a replacement or refund — usually without requiring the broken item back. We know you might be in Bali when your zipper fails; our warranty process assumes it.

What's not covered

Normal wear, loss, airline damage (claim with the airline), and damage from misuse — e.g. plugging a 2000W hair dryer into a travel adapter (please don't).

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of approval — usually much faster.
