1. REFUND POLICY
We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery on all items.
Conditions

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Start your return via our Contact page — we will provide a local return address (EU returns ship within the EU, US returns within the US).

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error, in which case we cover it.
EU statutory rights Customers in the European Union additionally hold the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods, without giving any reason. Statutory warranty rights under EU consumer law remain unaffected by this policy.
Defective items & warranty claims Defects are handled under our warranty (see Warranty & Returns page): send photos or video of the issue and we will replace or refund — in most cases without requiring the item to be shipped back.
Refund processing Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days, typically much sooner. We will notify you by email at each step.
Exclusions Normal wear and tear, loss, and damage caused by misuse are not eligible for refund. Bundles must be returned complete.
