Terms of Sale — Conditions Générales de Vente

Last updated: July 3, 2026

Article 1 — Identity of the seller

This store, The Digital Nomad Store, is operated by Mzuvukile Gift SOFISA, sole trader (micro-entreprise), 134 Rue Antoine Arnaud, 69400 Villefranche-sur-Saône, France — SIRET 982 558 900 00014. Contact: solutionsintdynamic@gmail.com · +33 7 65 75 47 51.

Article 2 — Scope

These terms of sale (CGV) govern all sales concluded between the seller and any consumer placing an order on this site. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms. The version applicable is the one online at the date of the order.

Article 3 — Products

Product characteristics, specifications and limitations are described on each product page. We take care to display specifications accurately; where a product has a material limitation (for example: universal travel adapters adapt plug shapes and do not convert voltage), this is disclosed on the product page before purchase. Photographs are as faithful as possible but do not constitute a contractual commitment.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR), or in local currency where supported. TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI — prices are shown without French VAT under the micro-enterprise regime. Shipping costs are displayed before payment is taken; the total cost of the order is always visible before confirmation. The seller may modify prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price displayed at the moment of the order.

Article 5 — Orders

Orders are placed on this site and confirmed by e-mail. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, a manifest pricing error, or product unavailability; in all such cases the customer is fully refunded. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order, via the secure payment methods offered at checkout (bank card and express payment methods). Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; the seller never stores card details.

Article 7 — Delivery

Orders are shipped from regional warehouses: European Union orders from an EU warehouse, United States orders from a US warehouse — EU and US customers therefore pay no import duties on their orders. Processing time: 1–2 business days. Delivery: typically 3–8 business days depending on region; the estimate for each product is shown on the product page and at checkout. Delivery to hotels, hostels and coworking spaces is supported: indicate the establishment name, guest name and stay dates in the delivery notes. In the event of a significant delay, the customer is informed proactively and may choose between re-shipment, credit, or refund.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, EU consumers have 14 days from receipt of goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. We voluntarily extend this: 30-day returns from delivery on all items, in unused condition and original packaging. Returns are sent to a local return address (EU returns remain within the EU; US returns within the US), provided upon request via the Contact page. Return costs are borne by the customer except in the case of a defective item or seller error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Article 9 — Legal guarantees and commercial warranty

All products benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, two years) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In addition, products carry the commercial warranty stated on their product page — up to 24 months — covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty claims are handled directly by the seller on presentation of photo or video evidence; in most cases no return shipment is required. The commercial warranty does not cover normal wear, loss, or damage resulting from misuse.

Article 10 — Liability

The seller cannot be held liable for non-performance due to force majeure. In any event, and to the extent permitted by law, the seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited towards consumers.

Article 11 — Personal data

Personal data are collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available in the site footer, and with the GDPR. Customers hold rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability, exercisable via solutionsintdynamic@gmail.com.

Article 12 — Mediation and disputes

In accordance with articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of any dispute. The customer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing amicable resolution, disputes fall under French law and the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer's country of residence.
