The short version: your order ships from a warehouse on your side of the ocean, with tracking, in days — not weeks.

Where we ship from

EU orders → EU warehouse. No import duties, no customs delays within the EU.
US orders → US warehouse. Domestic shipping, no import fees.

Timelines

Order processing: 1–2 business days
Delivery: typically 3–8 business days depending on your region
Free shipping on orders over €60 / $65 — otherwise a flat rate shown at checkout before payment. No surprise costs, ever.

Delivering to you on the road — our speciality

Nomads can't always receive packages at a fixed address. Here's how to order while travelling:

Hotels & hostels: put the property name + your name + check-in dates in the delivery notes at checkout. Give reception a heads-up — most hold packages for guests.
Coworking spaces: most accept member deliveries. Use the space's address with your name and membership/day-pass note.
Timing rule of thumb: if you're staying somewhere less than 10 days, ship to your next stop, not your current one.
Parcel lockers: where carriers support them, locker delivery appears as an option at checkout.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships, and you can follow every step on our tracking page. If a shipment stalls, we'll usually email you about it before you notice.
