3. TERMS OF SERVICE 

1. Overview This website is operated by The Digital Nomad Store. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & accuracy We make every effort to display product specifications, colours and images accurately. Product claims (e.g. wattage, certifications, materials) are stated on each product page; where a limitation exists (e.g. adapters do not convert voltage), it is disclosed before purchase.

3. Prices & payment Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and include applicable VAT for EU customers. We reserve the right to modify prices; changes never affect orders already placed. Payment is processed at checkout via secure third-party payment providers.

4. Orders We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — with a full refund in all such cases. Order confirmation is sent by email.

5. Shipping, returns & warranty Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. EU consumers retain all statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and legal conformity guarantees.

6. Intellectual property All site content (copy, images, branding) belongs to The Digital Nomad Store and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

8. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
