2. SHIPPING POLICY 

Warehouses Orders ship from regional warehouses: EU orders from our EU warehouse, US orders from our US warehouse. EU and US customers pay no import duties on their orders.


Processing & delivery times


  • Processing: 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery: typically 3–8 business days depending on region. Product-specific estimates are shown on each product page and at checkout.


Costs


  • Free shipping on orders over €60 (EU) / $65 (US).

  • Below the threshold, a flat rate is displayed at checkout before payment. All costs are shown before you pay — no surprises.


Delivery to hotels, hostels & coworking spaces We support delivery to temporary accommodation. Add the property name, your name, and your stay dates in the delivery notes at checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery page for the full guide.


Tracking A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. If a shipment is significantly delayed, we will contact you proactively with options.


Address errors Please double-check your address — orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer cannot be refunded, though we will always help attempt recovery.
